12:30 – 1:00 Connect and communicate your tasks using Trello. Trello is a free app that
helps you get to grips with and share your workload. Learn how to create to do lists with a
difference and share jobs with your team or friends.
1:00 – 1:30 Connect your thoughts using MindView mind mapping. Having trouble getting
started on a report or an essay? Are your thoughts all over the place? Use MindView to get
your thoughts down, and then move them around to see how they connect.
1:30 – 2:45 Connect to your audience with accessible docs: How to make Word, PowerPoint
and PDFs work for everyone. This is a bookable session.
3:00 – 4:00 Bring your docs surgery. Can other people read your documents and make sense
of them? Are you reaching all of your audience? Come and find out. You can login to our
computers to show us your documents, or bring them via email or on a memory stick.
